Update: In 2015 the extension was pulled from the Chrome web store because of the changed Extension program policies. The extension could show lyrics that were offensive, and i couldn’t filter those 🙁
This lightweight extension comes into action when you watch a video on YouTube.com. It automatically contacts Genius (formerly known as RapGenius) and checks if lyrics for the video you are watching are available.
When lyrics are found, an extra tab in the youtube site is added and you can check out the fully annotated lyrics.
